Does FlipGive support my child's tuition directly, like AvGen did?

Although FlipGive doesn't have a feature to support a student's tuition directly, all of our fundraising initiatives, including FlipGive, exist so that we can keep DMCS tuition as low as possible! DMCS has one of the lowest private school tuition rates in Canada and we will do everything we can to keep our school accessible for everyone. If you are having trouble paying tuition, please email our Director of Development to discuss your situation.

Can anyone interested in supporting DMCS join FlipGive?

Yes! Each team has a unique identifying code. You can send your team's code to anyone who would like to join your team, and if anyone wants to support the school through FlipGive and doesn't have a team to join, please contact our Director of Development to get a code for our community team.

Does FlipGive have the option to purchase physical gift cards?

You cannot purchase traditional plastic gift cards through FlipGive. However, when you purchase a gift card through FlipGive, you will be taken to your FlipGive "wallet." From there, you can select any gift card that you have purchased and you have the option of printing off the gift card or showing it on your mobile device at the checkout.

Can I purchase FlipGive gift cards to give as gifts to other people?

Yes!
There are a few options to give FlipGive gift cards as gifts. 

Option 1: When purchasing a gift card on the app, instead of selecting "Buy for myself" you can select "Send as a gift."

Option 2: After you purchase a gift card, you can select your FlipGive wallet, then select any gift card that you've purchased. From there, you have the option to print it or you can even send the link to the gift card to someone else to use digitally (show a mobile device at the store).
